14. It is for the student to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exams or not. Ruchi Educomp does not hold itself responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute.
15. Ruchi Educomp reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in Engineering , Pre-Medical Entrance Exams, Banking/SSC and other various exams etc..
16. The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parents / Guardian

18. Request for change of Address: Any change in the correspondence address or phone number should be intimated to Registered Office through a written application quoting the Name, Reference ID, Roll No. of the student.
19. In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the MD Ruchi educomp. The seat of arbitrator will be at Kanpur only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Kanpur Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

If any student pays the fee for any course and wants to withdraw/ask for refund before the commencement of classes/course, 10% of the total course fee will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded along with PDCs submitted if any. No refund of registration amount or Admission cum Scholarship Test fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

If a student of any course other than course 2, 2, 3, 4, & 5 leaves the classes/institute within 7 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, 15% of the total course fee will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded along with PDCs submitted if any.

If a student of any course other than course 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 leaves the classes/institute within 15 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, 25% of the total course fee will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded along with PDCs submitted if any.

No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the course No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5.

If any student leaves the classes/institute after 15 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course due to whatsoever reason, then no refund of fee paid & encashed / PDCs will be made under any circumstances. Only the PDC’s which have not been encashed on the date of refund application shall be cancelled / returned. All refund cheques will be issued in the name of student only.

TRANSFER POLICY

A student after joining any center of Ruchi Educomp can shift to any other center of Ruchi Educomp throughout India provided his/her parents have either been transferred or changed their residential address. Proper proof for the same is to be submitted by the student at the new centre where he/she wants to join. However, no intracity transfer will be allowed under any circumstances.

No benefit of merit scholarship eligible at any centre shall be given at the new centre where transfer is required. The student will also submit proper details of fee paid at the first centre duly certified from the In charge of that centre to the new centre In charge where transfer is required. Whatsoever amount of fee or its installments, a student might have paid at first centre, the rest of the fee (if any installment left) as per the details given in the prospectus of the new centre shall be paid at the new centre where transfer is required. If any student has paid full fee in lump sum at any centre of Ruchi Educomp and after that applies for transfer as per rules, he/she shall not have to pay any fee at that centre of Ruchi Educomp where he/she is seeking transfer.
